About Jo

Jo Weaver is a renowned marketing professional with over three decades’ experience in the Czech Republic. She founded and managed JWA Prague s.r.o., one of the country's longest-established and respected PR and marketing agencies in the early 90s, and continues to offer marketing consultancy services to international companies, even though she is now much more involved in her own projects, including writing books!


Jo’s own expertise is in marketing and communications strategy, crisis management, business development, and sports marketing. She is also a founder and board member of the International Business Forum in the Czech Republic and is a popular speaker on a range of topics, including women in business. When she is not consulting, writing or running around setting up padel courts, her latest passion, she can usually be found on a tennis court in Prague or Marbella.
